Imbued Perspective.

 At Imbued Birth, we acknowledge the importance of listening to your body.  Our bodies hold all of the answers we need. There is so much information held in our bodies. Emotions, memories, traumas, spiritual resonances, all live in our bodies and can affect the way a birth unfold influencing everything from relationships (with self, baby, and partner), perceptions of pain, fetal positioning, and physiologic birth. To this end, we utilize mindfulness, movement, massage, and mentoring practices in order to imbue your pregnancy with knowing, comfort, and resilience.

Mindfulness

Utilizing practices to cultivate awareness, a mindset of resilience, and increase your inner knowing, empowers you to find what’s fully alive in you at any given moment.


Movement

Using movement practices to awaken the deep inner knowing within the body, facilitate a healthy and prepared body for the work of labor, and promote optimal fetal positioning.


Massage

Teaching your primary partner to tune into your body and needs during pregnancy not only improves mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing, it also gives your partner meaningful ways to support you.


Mentoring

Coming together with a mentor, gives you a supportive environment to navigate the complexities of the modern healthcare system and the ancient rite of passage that is birth.
